"It's not the mountain that you conquered, but yourself."
That was one of the words I learned from our guide during my first climb last 9th of April. Actually, this was really a spontaneous one, it was only planned the night before. Haha!
Mt. Pamitinan as I have seen from other blogs, contains lime stone formations which we have to rapel and do rock scrambling to be able to reach the summit and this makes my very first time to climb a mountain very challenging. I was grateful enough we were able to reach the summit without being injured. The only thing that we have to endure was the scorching heat of the sun while we were on our way down. But generally, everything went well. Yay!
So here's a visual blog about my very first experience in mountain climbing. :)
Sighs, the things you do for Instagram. Haha! But anyway, I am enjoying this kind of activity and I am looking forward to climbing more PH mountains. YOLO! :)
All the Love,
Vina ♡
